My thermostat has stopped working and has a W5 error message. Resetting it etc have done nothing. I looked at the previous discussion topics and it would appear the only resolution is to get a replacement. How do I contact UK Nest support so that I can actually speak to somebody ?

No, after several attempts to contact anyone I eventually got an email acknowledging that the W5 error meant I was entitled to an exchange. However, they said they could not find it registered so could not help me. I have now had to spend another £200 buying a new thermostat despite mine only being 2 years old. Not great.
