I have had my NEST system for some time and now the thermostat keeps dropping offline constantly - I run business at the property and have to access the heating remotely which is why I have the NEST. Now I can't see if the heating is even on?

It has nothing to do with your online troubleshooting. I have had a NEST installer look at it and the heat link is ts the issue. I spent over an hour on your support chat trying to arrange a part. I was advised they could not deliver the part as my address dod not exist - despite me providing the original invoice showing quite clearly that it was delivered to the same address. I was told they would escalate my issue and that i would receive a 'priority' call back with in 24 hours - it has been 48 hours and I have received no call. I need to be able to access the thermostat remotely as I run a hospitality business and ended purchasing a new thermostat - which they are delivering to the SAME address without issue. Your support service is extremely disappointing.
