My Nest Heat Link has no lights or power. Thermostat shows ‘No Power’. Boiler and hot water work OK. Heat Link is UK model and needs replacement. Cannot access live chat or phone call option via support page

Google Nest thermostat does not connect to network

Have reset the thermostat and reset the network on numerous occasions. Thermostat will not connect or recognise any available networks. How do I get this unit swopped out?
