My Nest Heat Link has no lights or power. Thermostat shows ‘No Power’. Boiler and hot water work OK. Heat Link is UK model and needs replacement. Cannot access live chat or phone call option via support page

Hi @varnden,

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Heat Link because it has no lights and you are receiving a “no power” message on your Nest Thermostat, even though your boiler and hot water are still working manually. I appreciate the relevant information you provide. I apologize that you were unable to access our live chat or phone support options: that's definitely not the experience we want for our customers. I'm happy to assist.

To gather the necessary information, please answer the following questions:

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? The following article might be helpful: How to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
  • When was it installed?
  • Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
  • Have you checked if the breakers are on?

I'll be waiting for your reply.

Best regards.

Derick.
