How can I remove devices (cameras and sensors) under that original account without having access to

How can I remove devices (cameras and sensors) under that original account without having access to it?  The camera in question cannot be seen by NEST .  There is no reset for this wired camera.

Have you tried adding the camera back to the Nest app using the account it was setup with?
