I have recently purchased a nest camera (battery). In the past it was really easy to add new products to my Nest app so I could see everything in one place. Since installing my new camera, it made me use google home and then "merge" the two accounts. Since doing so I can see my new camera that I have installed at another location through google home, but I can't figure out how to get the camera to show up on my nest account. Plus, I can only see the camera through the google home app through my iPhone and not on the computer. Any ideas on how I can add and see my camera on my nest app and/or on the computer.

Unfortunately, Google Nest decided that the new Google Nest cameras and doorbells released starting in the fall of 2021 work ONLY in the Google Home app and NOT in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website, while our older cameras and doorbells continue to be administered, receive notifications, and have view history ONLY in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website. Google Nest's Vice President posted this explanation for this 2-app approach on Sept. 22, 2021: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Blog/Message-from-our-GM-Updates-for-our-Nest-customers/ba-p/.... There has been no update since.

Thank you for your feedback on this issue, I fully understand the frustrations of not having your new Nest Cams in the Nest App or available on https://bit.ly/3HtBgJC web app. I can imagine having to use two different apps at the moment is quite daunting, and could lead to frustration.
However, the new Nest cameras and doorbell are exclusive to the Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays. A Nest Aware subscription applies to all of your cameras, speakers, and displays in the same home structure. Thank you for your continued patience, and support.
