How do I view camera history in Google Home?

How do I view my camera history in Google Home the way I used to in Google Nest?  Same cameras as I always had, so I know it's not an equipment issue.  I just want to be able to see the history the way I could in Google Nest.

I'm not sure what you mean by "Google Home" and "Google Nest".

On the home.nest.com website we can view livestream and history for our 1st gen cameras and doorbells, as well as administer them.

On the home.google.com website, we can view livestream only, for all of our cameras and doorbells, 1st and 2nd gen. It's been that way since this "Public Preview" version of the website went live in October. 2022.

Hello everyone,

 

@Hemidancer, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. In case you have the 1st gen of Nest Camera, it is recommended to view the event history with the Nest app and not with the Google Home app.
