I have been on support for 2 hours twice and they say that the email on my cameras is not the correct one. Had me guessing forever. Finally they supposedly reset them so I can readd them to the new google app but I am getting this error already connected. How do I access my old nest account to see if I can delete them myself. This mitigation is a nightmare.
