I moved, but left one of my outdoor cameras on the prior house, sold to a stranger. I can't install the one that I kept in my new house because the abandoned camera is offline, and the Nest app cannot progress without contacting it. It would be difficult and embarrassing to fetch it. I would like to remove it from my account, but the app is stuck.
