How to download Camera history? Google Takeout doesn't work.

I am trying to download camera history from all my Nest cameras (one doorbell camera and another regular Nest cam). I select the proper options in Takeout (12 day history, select 'camera'). When the file is ready, there are no video files. Only 'Face detection' JPG files. I've done this multiple times, but same result. The error that comes in the 'archive_browser.html' file says "Scanning error - some of your items were not found and could not be included in the archive". I pay for Nest Aware with full 60 day 24/7 history. Why will this not work?!

How do I download camera history video files??

Do you have an active Nest Aware subscription? And are you missing all of your event history? Or just some events?

Hello, yes. I have the 60 day Nest Aware subscription that covers all cameras. I am wanting to download multiple days worth of history. I can see the full video history through the app, but Takeout will not create the MP4 (or other video format) for full days
