How do you increase the talk volume when talking through the camera. The volume is so low it’s barely audible. Person is next to the camera and can hardly hear me when talking through the camera.

I’m not aware of an option to modify volume levels of the Nest cameras. Perhaps it is a hardware issue?

There are numerous community incidents with the same issue. Do you think everyone is having a hardware issue? I think a little more problem diagnostics needs to be done. You may want to examine the last few firmware/app updates to see which one may have lowered the volume. If an intruder can not hear you from the outdoor camera it's almost useless.

There is no such option to adjust volume levels on Nest Cams or Doorbells. Your issue sounds like it could be a hardware-related issue. I would Factory Reset your device, and go from there. I wanted to remind you of some Important things to know before you factory reset. After you factory reset your camera or doorbell:
Important: Because a factory reset permanently erases the items listed above, we don’t recommend doing it as a troubleshooting step until you’ve tried restarting your camera and other troubleshooting options.
