How to set a a 2nd devices for the door bell?

I send an invite to my family member for the access of the door bell. But it doesn’t show up i ok n his phone/ app!

Did your family member accept the invitation? Do they have a Google (gmail) Account? When they log into the Google Home app, are they using that same Google Account and accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure" where the doorbell is installed?
