I am trying to install a DropCam and the icon does not display

I've had this DropCam for many years now with no issues.  However, I installed a new router and now cannot add the DropCam to Nest as the installation icon does not appear once I plug in the DropCam.  Please let me know where I can get the installation software.  I have Windows 11.

I experienced the same problem last month with my Dropcams, Wired. I tried recommendations suggested by the community to no avail!  Frustrated, I threw in the preverbal towel!  I’m in the process of upgrading to the 2n Gen Indoor Nest Cam, Wired. Now I’m experiencing a problem with frequent “Your camera is offline“ messages!  Am doing my best to keep fro tossing Nest Cams!

Tks… glad you were successful. That said, Nest has a serious problem with their Cameras!  I say this from personal experience and the numerous post on this blog!  A very serious problem!  We should not be resolving our issues via a Community Blog… problems and issues should be resolved via a Nest Tech!!!!

Same problem… just different cameras!  
 
The 2 cameras I’ve crossed out are not setup yet… they are from my beginning this mess, i.e., when I upgraded my router, foolish me, I used a new SSID (mistakenly). **bleep**… **bleep**….**bleep**!!!
