Are you based in Illinois? If so, it is illegal to enable it.

I can't enable this on my home app, it states I am too young. funny as I am 52 years old. I call Google Nest Support and they say it is something with in my google account itself but my birthday there is correct.

I understand how upsetting this concern may be, and I'm happy to assist you with this obstacle in any way I can. Have you checked to make sure that your Google account isn't set up as a children's account? That may be why you are unable to use the Familiar Faces feature, and it's giving you this error. Have you made any updates or changes to the permissions or access to your account?

No it is not, I have had the account for about 10 years and I am 52 now. and my birthday is correct in it.

I have a lot of things to not show up to public per say, but everything else is pretty normal in my settings.

Hey there,

Thanks for the information, I have a few suggestions. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.

I tried that, I chatted with Google nest and they say it’s my Google account but my Google account I’ve had for like over a decade and isn’t set up as a children's.

I would suggest you contact support further about this inquiry. I believe they are the best option to help you out, as we don't have the same options here in the forum.
