Hi I purchase a camera back then and connect it to my wifi and google home app, then I purchase google wifi and change my password and eliminate the camera. Now when I set up google wifi and want to add the camera it always said there’s a problem. Ive tried like 50 times, I’ve reset the camera, the network and even my iphone, bur nothing seems to work. Can someone let me know if there’s another alternative? Should I delete mi home and create a new one and formar all devices? Please let me know

I am having the same problem. I changed routers and now my doorbell and cameras will not reconnect to my Google home app.
I went as far as deleting and re-loading the app(s) and re-setting all my devices.
I couldn’t find any help online. I hope I didn’t waste $600.
Nest doorbell ( battery)
Nest camera ( wired)
Nest camera ( battery) (3)

Uff hard to read your post, tomorrow I’ll try to reset all devices and also to delete my actual location and create a new one, did you already did this? Is my last resort if not I’ll join you on your last phrase

Sorry if my post was not clear. I am having exactly the same issue as you.
maybe there needs to be an update for IOS to work properly.
mine worked great for 3 months and then I changed the router from a Net Gear to an Orbi. ( the old router is gone so I can’t go back. )
I was hoping someone on this forum would have a fix for this problem.
I will share it with you if I can find it.

Hi folks,
Thanks for your help here, MplsCustomer.
Thanks for visiting the Community. I'm sorry to hear that and for the delayed response. We appreciate your efforts here. Let's get this sorted — a few questions: what's that status light of your Nest camera? How far is your camera from the router? What was the exact error message that you received? Do you have an Android or iPhone? Also, what WiFi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
Try these troubleshooting steps:
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
JT

Google Nest does not make it easy to change Wi-Fi settings. As a result, Google Nest's first recommendation when changing to a new Wi-Fi router/modem is this:
"The simplest fix for most Nest products is to update your home network so that the network name (SSID) and password are the same as before. This will usually work even if you’ve purchased a new Wi-Fi router as long as the manufacturer settings are the same."
