I moved and took my nest camera with me. It's an indoor camera with a power chord. I do not have a QR code sticker on it so I don't have that or the 6 digit entry key to set it up. What can I do to retrieve the set up key? I saw something about hard wiring into my computer and then using a browser to connect to it to get the code. This did not work. Does anyone have any suggestions. I can't be the only one with this problem.

the code is stamped into the side of the nest cam next to charging port and mount screw hole 🙂

Hi there,
I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I would love to help however I can. Unfortunately, without the QR code you cannot add the cameras in most of the time. I would check on the packaging if you still have it as the QR code and serial number are on the packaging.
Best Regards,
Brad
