Hi,
I have a wired nest doorbell, I am trying to connect it to the Nest app. I am prompted for the QR code /six digit pin code .
I dont have both, how do i register the device?

The QR Code is on the back of the Google Nest Hello Doorbell, as shown starting at about 2:00 in the install video on the link below. It's also on the envelope that came with your Nest Hello. The 6-character Setup Code, which you can use instead, is also on the back of the Nest Hello, below the QR Code, as shown at about 2:20 on the install video.

Ouch. I think you are at the mercy of Google Nest. Some Google Nest Community Specialists in this forum have said that Support can help you if you have the serial number, but since the serial number is printed above the QR Code, it seems you don't have that either, unless you have the box in which the doorbell came.
I don't know if Support will help you without at least a serial number. If you want to try, start with this link:

You are NO HELP….missing QQ Code means not there because it’s easy to rub off

If your QR Code and Setup Code have both rubbed off, try contacting Google Nest Support. They may be able to help you set up your camera or doorbell without them.
