HI, I'm trying to replace my two drop cams that are EOS, and the promotion says it'll cover up to 2 dropcams per household, but when i go into the store to redeem the offer that was emailed to me, i can only chose qty 1 nest cams. Can someone please help me ensure my second drop cam (that i'm still actively using) is recognized so i can exchange both for supported wired nest cams?

Hi Lance. I’ve already submitted twice and someone reached out however customer service was not very helpful.
I currently have 5 nest cam/dropcam + Google Nest doorbell and google Nest hub. That’s 7 cameras with subscriptions (in addition to 2 nest thermostat's in my home. I’ve been a client since 2012. The first dropcam replacement was sent to me weeks ago. And when I received it, I replaced one of the old dropcams the same day I got it. I was not aware that I had to record the serial number from the old device. On 3/8 customer service reached out and I provided serial numbers for all devices. (Minus the first drop cam that was already replaced). I did provide the serial number to the second drop cam i have yet to replace. Shortly after I received a response stating that the second drop cams serial number is to be used with the first nest cam sent to me as a replacement. I explained that I was never asked for the serial number for the first one and did not think anything of it when I got rid of it after a new one was shipped to me. I asked if there was a way they can go into my account profile and view the devices that were used or previously linked with. Days later I received a response basically saying “sorry we can’t help you”.

I received my two free codes but google is telling me the codes were already redeemed. They will not tell me when or by who. It definitely was not me. I’m extremely disappointed in googles customer service. I had two purchased new cameras!

Hi to everyone with this problem...I want you to know that after opening three separate cases, having several phone calls and chat sessions, repeatedly filling out of forms, and posting several times in this forum, Google finally lived up to its word and sent me both cameras for free. So don't give up hope, It's unfortunate that we've had to put so much time and effort into this, but I thought you might want to know that success is possible. Until I actually had both free cameras in my possession, I assumed we were all being ignored.
