There are three cameras attached to my computer. When I signed onto the Nest app to use the cameras, I got a message the cameras were connected to another account. It gave me a link to remove the cameras from another account, I follow the instructions given and I was returned to the original app that said the camera was attached to another account. I have two Nest outdoor cameras and one Dropcam indoor camera. The cameras were working before I started getting the message about the camera being connected to another account.

Thank you for your reply and yes I still have the problem. I have an old phone (Galaxy S5) does it need to be replaced to connect the camera? Thank you. |

Hey there!
Sorry for my late reply, but are you sure that you are logged into the correct Google account associated with your Nest cams? I would verify that first. It seems like you are not logged into the correct account. Did you sell the cameras? Or give them away?
Best regards,
Brad.
