I’m looking for somebody to help me fix my doorbell camera please help

The door bell still on idle it doesn’t go live video it says when in idle it doesn’t record, what can I do to fix it.

Thanks for reaching out — lets see whats going on. A few questions: what Nest doorbell are we working on? Were you able to set it up successfully? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Try to restart your Nest Doorbell and Wi-Fi router then observe if it will make a difference?
