I've been using the device for aprox a year and a half. Recently I've been unable to connect to the app. When I try to log on it shows incorrect password. When I try to reset the password I'm not emailed the info needed. Seems to allow resetting through Google, but I'm not interested in resetting through Google.

Unless you've changed your password, the only reason you should get that error message is if you are inadvertently trying to log into the Google Home app with a different Google Account than the one used to set up your doorbell.
