I miss nest... google home never has camera history available

I am honestly so over this. I have had nest cameras for years. The same ones. I wanted one more to put outside my home facing a different direction for added security.  Found out I have to use a whole different app now. ( google home) i still have 4 other nest cameras so I have to use 2 different apps But the new camera that I got that goes on google home for nest does not freaking store history. Says " check back later" ive literally never had an issue with them cameras i have from nest before the switch. I paid so much money for an camera I cant even use. I have never been able to watch playback history. Its just the one camera, the wifi works fine because I can stream it live fine. But watching the history on it simply isn't possible ive called google home over and over again and they want me to pay a service fee. I have other cameras that work fine. It live streams fine. It just doesnt save video history. Go back to the OG nest app and build it worked better clearly. So freaking anoyying
