I transitioned my Nest to google, and now I cannot invite family members to access the devices

I am unable to invite or add a family member to the nest account since I connected / migrated this to google

Hi Jamie Garner,
 
If the owner of a Nest home migrates, all other home members must migrate and be re-invited in order to maintain access to the home. Now that you've migrated, you’ll need to add and remove home members, except for those with Home Entry Only access, using the Google Home app, not the Google Nest app. You’ll only be able to invite home members who have a Google Account.

This does not work. I added my spouse in the home app.  She cannot see any device's in the home. She will not show up under family in the nest app.

Hi N0vnm,

 

I'm sorry to hear that but no worries, we'll check this out. Have you migrated your account to Google? If so, does she have a Google account? Does your wife receive an invitation in her email when you send her an invite? Did you check if she's accessing the home you sent her the invite? Also, what Nest devices do you have?
