I've been invited but only see the home icon with temperature below it but can't see the camera

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. Glad you got an invite to join someone's home/structure! I have some questions to ask you:

• Were you invited to view the camera footage through the Nest app or Google Home app?
• Are you connected to the same wifi network as the cameras?
• Do you have full permission to view those cameras? I would clarify which accesses you have from the person who invited you.
• What other troubleshooting steps have you done?
