IOS app not connected to Nest Services

This has been happening for the last hour. I see multiple threads on this these last few months. Is the service down? Is there a service status page available for me to verify?

Service is back up. Problem never reported here: https://status.nest.com/

But many users reported issues here (1726 reports at last count): https://downdetector.com/status/google-nest/

I wonder how reliable the Nest Status page is.

If you click on "See service history", they claim their last outage was a partial login outage in July 2023.
