IQ Nest Camera Doesn’t Turn On

So the labels required above didn’t allow me to select a dead camera issue.

I have a Nest IQ outdoor camera that is dead and won’t turn on. I e unplugged it, plugged it in an outlet I know works, swapped out the cord and tried the factory reset. The camera is just dead. Won’t turn on. I’ve followed every instruction on your forum. This is the second time this has happened. Last time they sent me a new cord to start which wasn’t the issue. It appears these cameras have issues with dying suddenly. I need to get in touch with customer service and the number no longer works. How do I get a replacement?
