Indoor Nest Cameras are pixelated

Hi,

I have several Google Nest Cameras within my home and all are working great except for two of them. The first one started about a month ago and the I just noticed the second this week. The pictures from the two of them are pixelated, and they appear this way from my Laptop, Mobile device, and desktop (Hard wired to the network)

I have a 1.5Gb Fiber connect to the home, and have tried with only the two cameras on the network, and I have never tried different locations in the home and even setting them up within a foot of the router for a clear connection.
These are pixelated on both the streaming and the recorded playbacks.

They are set to record 24/7 on High res. and I do not have any capping / limits from the ISP side.
Anything else I can check? other than them being defective?  Again only 2 of the 7 are having issues
- 1 Nest Door Bell Cam

- 1 Outdoor Camera (located away from the house and has no issues with connectively or resolution)

- 5 Indoor Cameras (2 possibly defective)
