I have a indoor nest cam and it is flashing red for the past few months. Please note I have been using this device for the past few years (3+ years) without any issue.
I tried to do a factory reset by pressing the factory reset button in the bottom of the base. Reset is not inititated and its still flashing red.
Please let me know on how to fix this issue

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions:
Please check the status of the Nest service. Occasionally, when the Nest service is down, it can show that the camera is offline. Also, make sure that you have the latest version of the app.
