I'd like to access the same camera through my same account on my Web Browser. When I log into Nest on my computer, the cameras do not appear. The only option close is it asks me to install them. I have tried plugging them with the USB but nothing happens.
Suggestions?

Hi Befuddled, I'm and end user like you. Are are talking about the new Nest (battery) cameras introduced about a year ago? They are 100% not viewable right now from a computer browser. However hopefully Google will release that feature before the end of 2022.

Which cameras do you have? The new Google Nest cameras and doorbells released starting in the fall of 2021 work ONLY in the Google Home app and NOT in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website.
If you have the older cameras that appear in the Google Nest app, they will all appear on the home.nest.com website as long as you log onto both with the same username and password.
