Installation issues of nest hello

I have an XS iPhone and cannot connect the product. Bluetooth will not switch on to the device despite switching on to my car bluetooth (now off). My electrician has sent hours trying to connect it. Please help.

I should really like to return the product plus the adaptor I purchased.
