Backing plate replacement for Nest Doorbell

Where can I purchase a replacement backplate for my doorbell? Customer service will only replace if it's still under warranty, but refuses to sell me or allow me to replace the backplate. They suggested that I look for a 3rd party option, but there are NONE available for purchase. Google is not allowing me to be able to use their product since they are unwilling to give me the option to repair and replace an essential part of the product.
