Below is a link to Google Nest's Help topic on updating Wi-Fi for cameras and doorbells.  It's not simple, which is why Google Nest's first recommendation is to set the network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem.  We were able to do this a couple of years ago, and didn't have to do anything else to keep our Google Nest devices online.

Hi

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I understand you want to change the internet connection for your outdoor cameras. I'm happy to assist you right now.

I also appreciate your input.

As  mentioned, you can set the network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem. This may be a great option if you have more than one camera in your app.

Also, you can factory reset your Nest camera to perform this step. You can refer to this article, Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell, then you need to set up and connect Nest camera back in the app.

Regards,

Gabriela
