In the Nest app with 2020 model camera, you would see one line line for sound triggered events and another line for motion based events. You could easily check when and what sound that woke you up in the night. Now however you can only see fewer "approved/detected" motion based events. Let's say I want to save my son laughing in his sleep as a video that I can download, but now that is not even an option when using the newer cameras and the Google home app!? I want functionality of the older cameras and to be able to use them in the old Nest app. At least don't push people over to more expensive cameras and an app with far less functionality.

Are more functionality being implemented or planned? A separate line for sound and separate line for any other motion for instance.
