Have been having connectivity issues so I deleted the device and then added it again. Now, it is not allowing me to set activity zones

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To further isolate this issue, I'd like to confirm, do you see any error messages? Which Nest Camera do you have? Please share here the screenshot of your Activity Zone option from your Google Home app. Looking forward to your response.
