Everything will eventually be under the Google home app, as the nest app will go away according to google.  Saying this you can view your camera on your cell with the Google home app.

Hey folks,

Thank you for your feedback on this issue, I fully understand the frustrations of not having your new Nest Cams in the Nest App or available on https://bit.ly/3HtBgJC web app. I can imagine having to use two different apps at the moment is quite daunting, and could lead to frustration.

However, the new Nest cameras and doorbell are exclusive to the Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays. A Nest Aware subscription applies to all of your cameras, speakers, and displays in the same home structure. Thank you for your continued patience, and support. I am more than happy to assist you further with this inquiry if you wish. Please let me know.

Best Regards,

Brad.

Hi Brad,

I already had three "old" nest cameras and my nest app to watch them both on my mobile and pc. Just bought a 2nd gen and had my hard time trying to understand the drill (a patient lady from the Philippines on a chat first, then on my phone drove me through the process successfully). Now I use the Google Home app on my mobile and can happily watch my 4 cameras installed across the Ocean. I can't watch my latest 2nd generation camera on my laptop where I use the nest app. My question; is there a chance that I can watch all my 4 webcams, three oldies and one new, on my laptops ?

Best

@Stefanogenoa

I am afraid that because the newer 2021 cams are only exclusive to the Google Home App, no you would not be able to watch all of your cams in once place. At least not yet! We have plans to have a Google Home Web App like the Nest app has for the computer, but it is not available yet. No ETA I am afraid on when it will be available.

Best regards,

Brad.

Hi Brad,

thank you for your kind reply. I am slightly miffed of this disappointing situation. But at least I know what's going on and I can momentarily cancel myself from the list of "dumb, incompetent ant totally clueless users".  And even if you concede that there is no ETA of the new all-inclusive app, I am glad that someone is working on it.

Thank you,

Stefano

Hi Brad,

thank you for checking in. Yes, I have my issue clarified, I know what's going on and how to handle my webcams from my mobile. Shall be waiting for the incoming Google app that allows full control from a laptop.
