Walla plate googl nest pro doorbell

Hi there, 

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement wall plate (the silver part) that clicks in. When taking off the camera to switch the angle one of the things that help hold the actual camera to the plate broke. Now it does not stay in properly. Cab anyone help???

Is this the Nest Hello or the Nest Hello doorbell (battery)? Also, when and where was it bought as well as what country are you in?

We bought it about a couple months ago. We are in Canada. I believe the model is the Google nest pro doorbell. It is wired. Thabks for the help.
