Live Video Sound Stops Working

With Nest Cam 2nd generation along with door bell all live video sound stops working after a few seconds. It cuts out to nothing. This is basically same issue with many people back in this thread:

This was fixed for a while then right back to same issue. Google please fix this and update. This was only fixed by an update but recently it's having same issue with your newer update.

Sorry I don't think I'm going to be much help on this.    It has never happened to me but I'm on iPhone and I don't think the problem has appeared there.

I think your best be it so open an official support ticket with Google so you can get their attention on this.  Here is the link:

It started working.. but with the doorbell live video when speaking it keeps cutting out with the other person talking and can't hear them speaking. This all happened at once, but live video sound started working. Will check that link and get an ticket over to them. Thank you!
