Nest doorbell is 2 years old. The live streaming does not work. There is no issue with my wifi - download/upload is 53/81 on my phone right next to the doorbell and all my other devices work. Factory reset works for a day or two before going right back to not working. Doorbell is still recording and I am alerted if someone rings doorbell. Customer service only solution is to buy another $180 doorbell that will break after a year or two. Will be canceling my subscription and switching to a different brand. Absolute junk.
