Just got an setup the nest doorbell battery, on phone, home app, video plays for 2 frames then get offline message but still have audi, on my nest hub live video works perfectly, anyone else experiencing this? Possible solutions?

I also had this with a customer. I couldn't get it resolved with Nest support. eventually removed all cameras. let the customer create a new house for his partner in the Home app. so also on a different Gmail address. then invited himself again, now live video again.
