Live video on cell phone works but not my P.C.

I have tried most suggestions. I can't seem to pair the cam with the pc. I am a senior citizen that can figure stuff out eventually, but this has me baffled.    Thank you

If you purchased a Google Nest camera that was released in 2021, the website or PC access that was once available is not compatible with these newer cameras. Super unfortunate the way this was done.
