I purchased a Nest indoor wired camera (2nd gen wired), which I installed a few months ago and worked fine since then.
Unfortunately, when I go into the Google Home app, to view it, I get the message 'Live video unavailable'
Interestingly, I receive notifications and can actually view videos in history but not live.
I have 8 Nest Cam indoor (1st gen), 4 Outdoor Nest Cam (1st gen), the Google Yale Bolt, and my problem is my new 3 Google Nest Security Cam (wired) (2nd gen). All 3 new cameras won’t show live feed. All of the rest I work fine and I can view in both the Nest app and Google Home.
I have disconnected them from power for 1 minute and then back on and nothing happens. Before, I would turn the camera off in the Google Home App and then turn back on and it would work. Not anymore.
Not sure what else to do before taking them down and deleting them from the Google Home App.
Thanks.

On Nest App, select that particular camera then go to settings and select Rotate Image

Hi folks,
Raul2, thanks for reaching out. A few questions: what phone are you using (Android or iOS)? Is the Google Home app updated? Also, have you tried relinking the Google Home app? Using another phone will also help us isolate this.
Londonp6, have you tried the steps provided by Raul2? Check out this helpful link for more information about rotating your Nest Camera.
Regards,
Juni
