Nest doorbell battery worked for a few months, then live and recorded video stopped working. Green light shows and camera detects objects. Visitor announcement works.
Restarted and factory reset doorbell several times. Also restarted router.

Exactly the same, tried everything suggested including factory reset, nothing works what's going on I want a replacement.
