I recharged the camera and lost connection! The other 2 camera shows in the app, the back door does not show up. Any ideas

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that and for the delayed response here. No worries, we’ll sort this out — a few questions: what’s the status light of your camera? When did the issue start? How far is the camera from the router? Do you have more than one home structure in your account? Also, were there any changes to your Wi-Fi network?
