Lost my baseplate for my camera after moving. Need help! 😞

Google Nest does not sell spare parts, but if your doorbell is still under warranty, they may provide you with a replacement. You can try contacting Support: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.

Bought new Google Nest doorbell battery (no accessories) then discovered that the camera won't function without the baseplate.  Went to eBay looking for baseplates and discovered MANY Google Nest battery doorbell's (GWX3T) being sold without accessories. Came here hoping to get an original baseplate and discovered Nest does not sell parts.  Is the camera designed to not operate without a baseplate or did I just get a broken one?

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. The Nest Doorbell (battery) will show a video unavailable error message if it's not mounted properly on your wall. Please also fill out the form so we can further assist you.
