Lost history after subscribing?

Hi!

Mid November we purchased 3x wired Nest Cams, and then in early December added a 4th. We were on a trial. This morning I checked history and it only showed an hour prior - I realised the trial period must have ended, so right away I purchased a subscription and now I can't see ANY history from prior to the subscription. It says camera was turned off or not online - it was on and working as seen before beginning the subscription.

Is there any way to get it back?!

With your subscription unfortunately if it does lapse then you would lose the history.  You can try to contact the nest support team directly and see if there's anything they can do but as far as I understand if the subscription lapse then you are unfortunately out of luck.

I can't even see the history from 1 minute before the subscription! I could prior to subscribing. I could see hours prior!

Yes, if a subscription lapses then it's gone, and once you subscribe it starts from the moment you subscribe.  Luckily now that you have your account updated and subscribed you will have your history (based on the level you subscribed at of course).

Apparently the trial lapsed less than a week ago. I'm after the footage from 6 hours ago (subscribed 4 hours ago) -- there is no way for me to access it? Something very important happened.

Not any way that we could help with (we are just community members here), you can try to contact nest support directly https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp?hl=en
