I receive "Low Device Temperature" warnings for both of my cameras (Nest Cam with floodlight, and Nest doorbell battery wired to house power) when it's over 20 degrees Celsius outside...
These warnings come HOURLY, thankfully they are silent but I can't get rid of them as they constantly fill my notifications inbox in the Google Home app.

Hi there!
Thanks for your reply.
I’m sorry to hear that even after following the steps that I sent you before, your Nest Doorbell Battery is still having the same behavior and still showing a notification about a low temperature at your location, even though it's summer. Let me help you to solve this.
As the previous steps were not able to improve your situation, then let’s try a more invasive process on your Nest Doorbell. Here are the steps to do the factory reset to your devices:
Note: Once done with this, you will need to set up your Nest Doorbell Battery back to your account.
Please check the following articles: Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell and Install Nest Doorbell (battery).
Tell me how it goes.
Regards,
Daniel.

Hi folks,
Thanks for reaching out to our community.
I understand how confusing it can be to keep getting low temperature warnings in your app even when the outside temperature doesn't seem to match. Let's troubleshoot this together.
Remember that your devices only track their internal temperature. Have you noticed any of your cameras or doorbells rebooting lately? This can sometimes happen in cold weather.
I suggest turning off the breakers for the doorbell and chime and bringing your device inside for a while to ensure its internal temperature is within the range specified in this article about Nest camera temperatures. If your device is not too cold, reinstall it and monitor it for any more low temperature alerts.
Make sure your Google Home app is up-to-date. You can check this by uninstalling and reinstalling them on your device (phone or tablet).
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Angel.

@Shiften stated that the outside temperature is 20c.... That's 20 Celsius which is 68 Fahrenheit. I'm not sure how brining it inside is going to do when we're getting low temperature warnings at basically room temperature.
I'd say this is a problem on Google's end where some piece of code is not doing the Celsius to Fahrenheit conversion.

Hi @GBD!
Thanks for your reply.
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing the same behavior from your Nest Doorbell battery. I understand that your doorbell is sending false notifications about low temperatures even though at your location the temperature is above 20°. But no worries, I’m happy to help you find a solution to this.
Here I send you some steps that can help you solve this problem:
To restart your Nest doorbell Battery please follow these steps:
Please check the following articles:Cold weather battery charging behavior in Nest cameras and doorbells and Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell for further information.
Tell me how it goes.
Regards,
Daniel.

@Guarcax I have followed your steps, uninstalled and reinstalled the Google Home app, Reset the Nest Doorbell Battery, Verified the device is charging correctly (I even bought and installed a brand new transformer to get the exact voltage specs recommended by Google when I bought the doorbell cam), in Google Home doorbell settings it says "Plugged in" and infinite charge remaining.
But still I'm receiving the "Low device temperature" warning when it's nowhere close to freezing temps outside.
The warning also says my battery is at 74% and to charge soon.
Neither of these warnings are accurate.

Factory resetting the doorbell camera has fixed the issue! I haven't received a low device warning since the reset about 2 days ago. 😀

@Shiften You don't need to worry about the 74% charge. The doorbell will only charge to a maximum of 80% when powered by an external transformer and in my experience usually sits around 75% charge.
