I purchased these camera over a year ago so I do not have any order# or receipt. I went to install them and found an extra mounting plate but was short the magnetic portion of the mount. Can you send me another magnetic mount?

I filled out this form and have heard nothing back. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. All I need is the magnetic mount that was not packaged with my camera. Why is this so hard to send one out.
