Need a replacement chime connector. I have a google next hello (Model A0077) I didn't receive one in the box and can't find a replacement anywhere. Please help!

Hello, I'm an end user like you. Sadly Google refuses to sell parts for their cameras unless they are still within the 1 year warranty. Such a bummer. BAD GOOGLE,,,,, BAD!

Can you return it and buy another? Sounds as if you just recently opened the box.

Hi Brad, this is a MAJOR inconvenience to the user base and it is a real negative for anyone considering buying Google products. I don't understand why Google has taken this stance. Every other camera company (Arlo, Ring, Tplink, Eufy, etc) sell spare parts. Is there a clear answer to why Google refuses to sell spare parts?
