Model A0005 Camera Event History in Google home without Nest Aware subscription .... Yes or No??

I have a model A0005 camera that sends a notification to my home when it detects motion.    It provides a thumbnail picture of the event.   Fantastic.    But when I get into the Home app on my Galaxy phone I can not view the event.   I thought I could if they were within a 3 hour window.    The events are there, and I can see the thumbnail pic, but when I select them the live image goes away and a blue spinning circle appears.     So is event history available for 3 hours when using an A0005 camera or not??      Same behavior is experienced using home.google.com from laptop.

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear you're getting event notifications but are unable to play the videos when accessing the camera in the Google Home app. I'm happy to help.

Since you mentioned not having a Nest Aware subscription, you can get up to 3 hours of event video history or 3 hours of photo snapshots of activity, depending on the model of your Nest camera.

Please confirm the model or generation of your camera by comparing it with the ones shown in the article Technical specs for Nest cameras and doorbells.
