Hi, I'm trying to move my 2nd gen Google Nest cam to a new house. I don't have the QSR sticker. I tried following directions to bring the camera online by using the set up code on the bottom of the camera but it doesn't work. How can I get the QSR sticker code for my 2nd gen Google Nest security cam? Thanks!

The only way to get the QR sticker is if you saved it when you installed your camera.
The Setup Code on the bottom of the camera should work, but since you've changed Wi-Fi networks, you first need to do a factory reset. See the instructions in the link below; be sure to use the second set of instructions (where you're pressing the reset button for at least 12 seconds).

Great instructions! It worked and the camera is back online. It only took a couple of minutes from performing the factory reset to having my camera back online. Great forum as I tried at least a dozen times to get this camera back online on my own using just the "set up code". The step I missed was doing the factory reset first then using the "set up code" in lieu of my QSR label. Thank you!!!

You're welcome! Glad it worked.
